Servaid Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Sale Assistant to support the daily sales operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a retail or customer service role and is committed to providing a positive shopping experience for every customer. This position focuses on assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining the store's organization, and supporting overall sales goals. As a Sale Assistant at Servaid Pharmacy, you engage directly with customers to understand their needs and preferences while providing accurate product information. You play a key role in managing inventory displays, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other store staff to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall store operations and achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently and in accordance with store guidelines.
- Maintain knowledge of product promotions, special sales, and loyalty programs to inform customers effectively.
