This role is designed for someone who is meticulous and reliable, with a solid foundation in operations and a keen interest in developing supply chain coordination skills. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day operational tasks, support various departments, and help ensure smooth business processes. This internship position does not involve team management but requires independent work and collaboration within a dynamic workplace environment. The successful candidate must have at least three years of experience in relevant roles, including public dealing or customer service, and possess strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are crucial. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in operations within a fast-paced trading company while contributing to the success of Seven Traders.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
- Support daily operational routines to enhance overall efficiency.
- Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the management team.
- Help prepare reports and documentation for operational review.
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve logistical issues.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support as needed to assist senior staff members.
