The ideal candidate has at least two years of relevant experience, is computer literate, and possesses strong communication abilities. The intern will engage directly with clients and stakeholders, helping to build positive and lasting relationships while supporting the supply chain operations. Responsibilities

Support daily customer service operations by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Assist in managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention through effective communication and follow-up activities. Help monitor and coordinate supply chain processes, including inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and logistics support to ensure timely delivery of products. Maintain accurate records and reports related to customer interactions, supply chain activities, and internal workflows using computer systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and identify opportunities for enhancing customer service and supply chain efficiency. Participate actively in training sessions and meetings to continuously improve knowledge and skills in the relevant areas. Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies that align with company goals and promote positive brand image. Handle public interactions with professionalism, maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor during all communications.
