Seven Traders is seeking a diligent and organized Supply Chain Associate with a solid background in inventory management, logistics coordination, supplier relationship management, and procurement processes. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of three years of experience in supply chain operations and demonstrates a commitment to optimizing supply chain functions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role requires the candidate to have their own bike to facilitate timely coordination and operations related to supply chain activities. The Supply Chain Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods from suppliers to the company’s storage and distribution centers. The role involves collaborating with multiple internal departments and external partners to meet organizational goals while striving to improve supply chain systems. There is no team management responsibility in this position, allowing the associate to focus on individual contributions that support operational success.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms and ensure quality procurement.
• Support procurement processes by assisting with order placement, tracking, and invoice verification.
• Identify and implement opportunities for supply chain optimization to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inventory, supplier performance, and logistics metrics.
• Collaborate with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
• Assist in resolving supply chain issues such as delays, shortages, or discrepancies to minimize operational impact.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and regulatory requirements related to supply chain and logistics.
• Utilize own bike to travel as necessary for supplier visits, product inspections, or other supply chain duties.
