Seven Traders is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in supply chain operations and demonstrate proficiency in inventory management, supplier relationship management, logistics coordination, and purchase order processing. This role requires someone who can start immediately and contribute effectively to the smooth functioning of our supply chain processes. While this position does not involve managing a team, it demands strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels. The Supply Chain Associate will be instrumental in maintaining an efficient supply chain by tracking inventory, managing supplier interactions, and facilitating procurement activities. The role includes monitoring order statuses, coordinating logistics to prevent delays, and updating necessary records to maintain supply chain accuracy. Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize shortages or overstock situations.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers by ensuring clear communication, timely order placement, and resolving any supply-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate logistics activities by scheduling deliveries and pickups to support timely procurement and distribution.
• Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and supplier agreements.
• Track shipment statuses and liaise with logistics providers to address and resolve any transportation or delivery challenges.
• Update and maintain procurement and inventory databases to ensure accurate and real-time reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and align supply chain activities with production and sales schedules.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and contribute ideas for process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards for procurement and inventory management.
• Support the resolution of any discrepancies in orders, deliveries, or inventory audits.
