Description
Shafi Texcel Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the human resources functions within the textile industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of HR experience and a strong understanding of talent acquisition, HR compliance, organizational development, and HR analytics. This role involves overseeing a team of three HR professionals, ensuring that HR strategies align with company goals and legal requirements. The HR Manager plays a critical role in cultivating a positive work environment, driving employee engagement, and enhancing workforce capabilities to support the overall success of Shafi Texcel Ltd. The HR Manager will manage day-to-day HR operations and implement best practices in human resource management specific to the textile sector. This role requires expertise in HR information systems to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy. The manager will develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and industry standards. Moreover, the HR Manager will focus on organizational development initiatives that foster employee growth and retention, while leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional HR.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies tailored to the textile industry to attract skilled candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal and regulatory requirements affecting the textile sector.
- Lead and mentor a team of three HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Utilize HR analytics to evaluate employee performance, retention trends, and workforce planning.
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of HR Information Systems (HRIS) for efficient HR operations.
- Oversee organizational development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and company culture.
- Coordinate employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
- Develop and monitor HR policies and procedures that support business goals and compliance standards.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote motivation, satisfaction, and workplace harmony.
- Collaborate with management to assess staffing needs and succession planning.
- Prepare HR reports and present findings to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration in partnership with finance and external vendors.
- Stay current on labor market trends and regulatory changes within the textile industry to anticipate HR impacts.
- Support training and development efforts to build leadership and technical competencies across the workforce.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring smooth transitions and compliance.
