Shopify Assistant

Description

Shining Stone is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Shopify Assistant to join our growing team based in Bahria Town, Lahore. This role focuses on supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations, particularly the management of our Shopify store. The Shopify Assistant plays a key part in maintaining product accuracy, inventory levels, and the overall presentation of our online store to help ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of e-commerce or operations experience who is organized, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate is proficient in Shopify management and Excel, with keen attention to detail to maintain product photos, prices, and descriptions. This role does not require managing a team but involves collaboration with various departments to prepare stock and sales documentation and assist with daily operational tasks. Preferred candidates will have additional skills in photography, graphic design, or related areas to enhance the quality and appeal of the online product presentation. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bahria Town, Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure products are well stocked and available for customers.
• Add new products to the Shopify store and update existing listings with accurate prices, descriptions, and collections.
• Maintain a tidy and attractive presentation of product photos and descriptions to enhance online store appearance.
• Prepare and organize stock and sales sheets to support sales tracking and inventory planning.
• Support the team by performing daily operational tasks related to e-commerce store maintenance and coordination.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency within Shopify store listings and related systems.
• Use strong Excel skills to maintain and analyze inventory and sales data for reporting and decision-making.
• Assist with quality assurance of product information and visual assets to uphold brand standards.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities for automation or enhanced workflow within store management.
