Shopatshams is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online Sales and Parcels Handler to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth online order processing, efficient parcel handling, and excellent customer service to support the company's e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate effectively manages incoming orders, handles customer interactions online with professionalism, and ensures parcels are packaged and dispatched correctly, adhering to quality standards. This position does not involve team management but requires a high level of independence and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end online sales order processing including order entry, verification, and updating order status in the order processing systems. Maintain consistent and clear communication with customers through online channels to respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates about their orders. Oversee the accurate and efficient handling of parcels by organizing, packaging, labeling, and preparing shipments to meet delivery deadlines while ensuring the condition and quality of the packages. Implement quality control checks on outgoing parcels to minimize errors and returns, ensuring customer satisfaction. Coordinate the returns handling process by managing returns documentation, inspecting returned items, and facilitating refunds or replacements as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions using designated data entry tools. Apply time management techniques to prioritize daily tasks and manage workload effectively to support smooth business operations. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline the flow of parcels and resolve any issues related to delivery or stock availability.
