Shoukat Khanum Cancer Memories Hospital is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to oversee the safety and security of the hospital premises. The ideal candidate will possess at least seven years of experience in security roles and will be responsible for protecting patients, staff, visitors, and hospital assets. This position demands vigilance, reliability, and the ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently. The Security Guard will manage a team of 50 security personnel, ensuring that all security protocols are followed and that the team operates cohesively to maintain a secure environment. In this role, the Security Guard will conduct regular patrols, monitor surveillance equipment, and respond promptly to incidents. The candidate must be skilled in enforcing regulations, identifying potential security risks, and reporting any irregularities. Strong leadership abilities are essential to effectively supervise and coordinate the activities of the security team while fostering a safe and secure atmosphere throughout the hospital facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a security team of 50 personnel to ensure coordinated and effective security operations.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of hospital grounds to maintain a visible security presence.
• Monitor surveillance systems and alarm panels to detect and respond to security breaches promptly.
• Enforce hospital policies and regulations to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of all individuals.
• Assess potential security threats and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
• Respond quickly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Maintain detailed reports and documentation of security activities, incidents, and investigations.
• Collaborate with hospital administration and local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
• Train and mentor security staff to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure that all equipment and security devices are functioning correctly and coordinate maintenance when needed.
