Sr. Graphic Designer

Description

The Sr. Graphic Designer will use expertise in 2D and 3D animation tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or Toon Boom to bring creative concepts to life. Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, motion graphics, animation principles, and visual storytelling is essential to deliver innovative designs that effectively communicate messages to target audiences. The candidate must have excellent attention to detail and time management skills to balance multiple projects efficiently without compromising quality. Although this role does not involve team management, collaboration with various departments is key to foster a cohesive creative environment and deliver successful design projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality graphic design assets for digital, social media, web, and print platforms according to project specifications.
• Create engaging motion graphics and animations utilizing Adobe After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar 2D/3D animation software.
• Design layouts, select appropriate typography, and apply color theory principles to enhance visual appeal and readability.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure alignment on design goals and brand messaging.
• Manage video editing and post-production workflows, including rendering, file formatting, and optimization for multiple platforms.
• Apply knowledge of UI/UX design principles to support web and application projects, ensuring user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Develop storyboards, character designs, and illustrations that support narrative goals of animation and marketing content.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail to review all designs for consistency, quality, and accuracy before final delivery.
• Prioritize time and project management to meet deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of creativity and design quality.
• Continuously update and improve skills by staying current with emerging design tools, trends, and technologies in graphic design and animation.
