Smart Insider Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze global stock market disclosures and regulatory filings to produce accurate, high-quality financial data for institutional investors. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in capital markets and corporate governance.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze stock exchange announcements and regulatory filings from global markets.
- Monitor insider trading, director dealings, and major shareholding disclosures.
- Extract and verify information from annual reports, proxy statements, SEC filings, and other corporate documents.
- Track corporate actions, including share buybacks, stock options, RSUs, and share issuances.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, stock exchanges, and corporate filings.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
