Sino Pak is seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Facebook Operations Specialists. This role is ideal for recent graduates and entry-level candidates who have a strong command of English, proficiency in navigating Facebook’s features, and the ability to type at least 30 words per minute. The position focuses on handling Facebook operations efficiently, ensuring smooth management and execution of various Facebook-based tasks to support the company’s objectives. Candidates do not have to manage a team but must work collaboratively and execute their responsibilities with dedication and accuracy. The Facebook Developer will utilize their knowledge of Facebook’s platform to optimize the company's presence and interactions on social media. The role requires attention to detail, fast and accurate typing skills, and the capability to manage multiple Facebook features such as pages, groups, and events. The ideal candidate demonstrates a proactive approach in engaging with social media tools and provides reliable support in day-to-day Facebook operations to help the company build and maintain a strong online presence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage various Facebook features, including pages, groups, and event platforms to ensure active and effective operation.
• Perform daily updates, content postings, and community management on Facebook to engage with the audience.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to user interactions on Facebook, including comments, messages, and reviews.
• Analyze and report on Facebook operation metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for enhanced user engagement and brand visibility on Facebook.
• Maintain accuracy and speed in typing and data entry related to Facebook operational tasks.
• Stay updated with Facebook platform changes, policies, and features to optimize usage and compliance.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues related to Facebook functionality and provide solutions or escalate when necessary.
• Support the coordination of Facebook advertising campaigns by managing operational aspects and liaising with marketing teams.
• Ensure all Facebook operations comply with company policies and social media best practices.
• Document operational procedures and provide training support to new team members as needed.
• Work independently to meet deadlines and manage multiple Facebook operational tasks efficiently.
