Description
SL Launchers is seeking a motivated SEO Specialist with at least one year of experience to join our team. This role involves managing a team of two and requires an individual skilled in both technical and creative aspects of search engine optimization. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in keyword research, technical SEO, and website auditing, and possesses a strong ability to leverage SEO tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog SEO Spider. This position demands a proactive approach to improving organic search performance, driving traffic growth, and enhancing website visibility through strategic planning and execution of SEO initiatives. The SEO Specialist will play an instrumental role in developing and implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies that optimize the overall user experience and align with market demands and search engine algorithms. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and algorithm updates is essential to sustain competitive advantages and ensure continued success of SEO campaigns. The role includes monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement, and preparing detailed reports to guide decision-making processes within the company.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Optimize website elements including meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking structures to enhance search engine rankings.
- Perform detailed technical SEO audits to identify and address website performance and indexing issues.
- Develop and execute robust on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase website traffic and improve keyword rankings.
- Enhance website content optimization focused on matching user search intent and improving overall user experience.
- Utilize SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog SEO Spider to monitor, analyze, and report website performance.
- Prepare SEO reports that track key performance indicators and recommend actionable strategies to improve SEO effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices to ensure continuous optimization and compliance.
- Collaborate with the team effectively while taking on leadership responsibility for managing a team of two SEO professionals.
- Identify technical issues related to website crawling, indexing, and site structure to support enhanced search engine visibility.
