Slovebasket is seeking an experienced DATA Analyst and Business Intelligence professional with 19 years of experience to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing complex data sets, designing and implementing business intelligence solutions, and delivering actionable insights to drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate is proficient in data visualization, data modeling, and business intelligence tools, with proven expertise in generating comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL. While this position does not involve team management, independent work and collaboration across departments are essential. The successful candidate will leverage strong skills in data cleaning and analysis, combined with advanced knowledge of business intelligence platforms, to support the company’s goals. Familiarity with AI technologies, specifically evidenced by a Google certification, is required to enhance data-driven strategies. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate data insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels within Slovebasket.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain data models and databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval processes.
- Design, create, and manage reporting tools and interactive dashboards using Power BI and other business intelligence platforms.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics, business intelligence, and AI technologies.
- Apply AI techniques and tools certified by Google to automate and improve analytic processes and predictive modeling.
- Present findings and insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences to support decision-making.
- Support the development of business strategies by providing meaningful data insights and recommendations.
