Description
Smart Brains is seeking dedicated Medicare Verifiers with a minimum of 6 months of experience in Medicare verification or related US healthcare and business process outsourcing campaigns. The ideal candidates possess strong knowledge of Medicare verification processes and product details, enabling them to accurately confirm customer information. This role requires excellent communication abilities and customer service skills to ensure every interaction is handled professionally and effectively. The position involves working night shifts, so candidates must be able to adapt to this schedule while maintaining a confident, target-oriented approach. Medicare Verifiers at Smart Brains play a crucial role in supporting healthcare operations by verifying eligibility and information according to established guidelines. Strong attention to detail and good listening skills are essential to accurately process and record customer data. Although this role does not include team management responsibilities, the Medicare Verifier acts independently yet contributes meaningfully to overall campaign success. Candidates must be able to provide a valid experience letter demonstrating their prior relevant work history within this field.
Responsibilities
- Accurately verify customer Medicare information according to campaign guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare products and verification processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with customers in clear, professional English to clarify and confirm necessary data points.
- Handle customer interactions with patience, professionalism, and focus on delivering excellent service.
- Follow all company protocols and procedures diligently to meet accuracy and quality standards.
- Work efficiently during night shifts as scheduled and maintain consistent performance throughout the shift.
- Document and report any discrepancies or issues found during verification for further resolution.
- Ensure all customer data is recorded correctly and safeguarded according to privacy policies.
- Meet individual targets and contribute positively to overall campaign goals.
- Collaborate with supervisory staff when necessary to resolve complex or ambiguous cases.
