Responsibilities

- Assist in updating and managing databases related to vehicle insurance policies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards during data entry and underwriting procedures.
- Identify discrepancies or missing information in submitted applications and communicate with customers or agents to resolve issues.
- Support continuous process improvements by suggesting enhancements to data management and customer interaction workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information related to insurance applications and company operations.
