Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily financial operations of the company, including transaction processing and bank reconciliations.
• Lead, supervise, and support a finance team of 15 persons to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations and company financial policies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports to assist with strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with different departments to coordinate budgets and financial forecasts.
• Implement and optimize financial systems and software to enhance operational efficiency.
• Review and verify financial data to prevent errors and ensure accountability.
• Provide training and professional development opportunities to team members to build expertise and improve performance.
• Monitor cash flow and financial planning to support business objectives.
• Assist in the preparation of audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
