Sms Comms is seeking a dedicated Female Online Quran Teacher to provide instruction to foreign students in English. The ideal candidate is proficient in Tajweed and Quran recitation, capable of teaching the rules of Tajweed clearly to English-speaking learners. This role requires an individual who is punctual, hardworking, disciplined, and has excellent communication skills in English. The teacher should have a solid understanding of Quran memorization techniques and be comfortable using basic computer tools to facilitate online learning. Having access to essential hardware including a PC or laptop, headphones, webcam, and a reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory. The position involves teaching online Quran classes with a minimum commitment of six hours per day, over six working days from Saturday to Monday, with Sunday off. Shifts are offered in the evening hours to suit students’ schedules, with provisions for breaks and daylight saving adjustments. Candidates do not need to manage a team, focusing solely on individual student guidance and instruction. A probation period ranging from three to six months is set, with a salary package starting between Rs. 300 to 500 per hour, subject to negotiation based on experience and interview performance. Bonuses will be available, motivating continued excellence in teaching and student engagement.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Quran recitation and Tajweed lessons to students using English as the medium of instruction. Ensure students understand and correctly apply Tajweed rules during recitations.

Prepare lesson plans tailored to varying student levels and learning paces, assisting students in Quran memorization (Hifz) through effective teaching methods.

Utilize online tools and platforms professionally, managing audio-visual equipment to maintain clear and uninterrupted virtual classroom experiences.

Maintain punctuality and discipline in adhering to scheduled classes and providing timely feedback to students to track their progress.

Communicate clearly and patiently with students, addressing questions and offering guidance to foster a supportive learning environment.

Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and challenges faced by students learning Quran in a non-native language.

Record attendance and class participation while preserving the confidentiality and respect of student information.

Stay updated on the best practices in Quranic teaching and incorporate relevant advancements to enhance instruction quality.

Starting Salary Rs. 300 - 500 per hour of classes delivered (Salary is negotiable based on experience and interview)
