Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 20 sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote hospital services and programs.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching, training, and support to team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
- Prepare sales reports and present performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.
