Societe Nationale Builder seeks experienced Techniciens to join its operational team, particularly skilled in drilling, blasting, and crusher maintenance. The ideal candidates have a minimum of five years of relevant experience and are proficient in English communication. These roles require hands-on expertise in handling specialized equipment and ensuring safe and efficient operations in challenging environments. As part of the commitment to high standards and safety, candidates must demonstrate technical knowledge specific to blasting and drilling activities, as well as crusher machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Candidates will lead and manage a team of nine technicians, fostering collaboration and effective workflow to meet project deadlines and quality standards. These roles demand leadership abilities to coordinate daily activities while adhering to operational guidelines and safety protocols. Techniciens will play a critical role in maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and optimizing production within the construction environment of Societe Nationale Builder.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot drilling and blasting equipment to ensure efficient and safe extraction operations.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on jaw and cone crushers to prevent mechanical failures and optimize performance.
• Lead and coordinate a team of nine technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to meet operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while conducting all technical activities related to drilling, blasting, and crushing.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and adherence to safety standards.
• Document technical processes and equipment status reports accurately to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to plan and execute excavation and material processing strategies.
• Identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly to reduce equipment downtime and maintain production schedules.
• Utilize English effectively for communication within the team, reporting, and collaboration with international stakeholders.
