Description
Solo Tech is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable SEO specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in search engine optimization and will be responsible for enhancing the online presence of our company's digital content. This role involves managing on-page SEO strategies, analyzing website performance, and driving improvements to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings. Additionally, the candidate will lead a team of three persons, coordinating efforts to implement effective SEO campaigns and oversee daily SEO operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage on-page SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and ranking.
- Perform keyword research to optimize content and target relevant search queries.
- Analyze website traffic and SEO performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with content creators to integrate SEO best practices into digital content.
- Lead and supervise a team of three SEO specialists, ensuring high performance and skill development.
- Stay informed on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and competitive practices.
- Coordinate with marketing and web development teams to align SEO initiatives with overall business goals.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on SEO metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
