Description
Sonex Cookware is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager for International Sales and Accounts who possesses a strong background in managing export operations and international sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of relevant experience and demonstrate proficiency in handling export documentation and compliance while maintaining excellent communication with global clients. This role does not involve managing a team but requires the ability to independently handle multiple tasks, coordinate effectively with international partners, and ensure timely completion of sales and account-related processes. The selected professional will work closely with internal departments and external clients to streamline international sales transactions, ensure compliance with international trade regulations, and maintain accurate financial records. This role demands strong skills in data management, market research, and negotiation, combined with a fundamental understanding of accounting practices and ERP/accounting software. Experience with international marketplaces such as Alibaba or Amazon is considered a significant advantage, contributing to expanding Sonex Cookware's global footprint.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end international sales process, including order processing, export documentation, and shipment coordination to meet customer requirements.
- Develop and implement effective international sales strategies to increase market presence and revenue in global markets.
- Conduct comprehensive global market analysis and competitive research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate client data, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies related to export documentation and processes.
- Coordinate invoicing, payment collection, reconciliation, and other accounting-related activities related to international sales transactions.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecast future sales trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with international clients to address inquiries, negotiate terms, and resolve any sales or account issues promptly.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth export operations and timely delivery of products.
- Utilize advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and account management to maintain transparency and accuracy.
- Work with ERP and accounting software systems to streamline financial processes and support audit requirements.
- Adapt to rapidly changing priorities, manage multiple deadlines, and execute tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
- Leverage experience with online international marketplaces such as Alibaba and Amazon to expand sales channels and optimize product listings.
- Support the development of promotional materials and participate in trade shows or virtual exhibitions to promote Sonex Cookware’s international offerings.
