The ideal candidate brings extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of at least 20 years in lift operation, ensuring smooth functioning of machinery and adherence to safety protocols. This role entails supervising and coordinating a team of 45 persons, fostering effective communication, and maintaining high operational standards within the company’s industrial environment. This position requires an individual with a comprehensive understanding of lift systems and equipment, who can efficiently handle the operational challenges and promptly respond to issues. The candidate will be responsible for scheduling, maintenance oversight, and training team members to uphold strict safety standards. Leadership capabilities are essential to motivate the team and drive continuous improvement in operational performance, supporting Soorty Enterprises in achieving its production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various types of lift machinery to ensure safe and efficient transport of materials and personnel.
• Supervise and manage a team of 45 individuals, promoting clear communication, collaboration, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Develop and implement routine maintenance schedules to prevent equipment malfunctions and downtime.
• Monitor the operational status of lifts continuously and troubleshoot any mechanical or operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, protocols, and company policies to create a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize lift operations and support overall production processes.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on proper lift operation techniques and safety procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of equipment performance, incidents, and maintenance activities for reporting and analysis.
• Lead safety meetings and discussions to reinforce the importance of operational safety and emergency preparedness.
• Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, increase equipment reliability, and reduce operational risks.
