Description
Sparrow Tech Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented ECommerce Staff to support our online sales operations. This role requires managing and maintaining our e-commerce platforms to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate works the night shift and efficiently handles product catalog updates and inventory synchronization to maximize efficiency and accuracy. In this full-time position, the ECommerce Staff is responsible for monitoring product listings, updating inventory levels, and addressing any discrepancies promptly. The role does not involve managing a team, but it demands strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to optimize online sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms to ensure accurate product listings and information.
- Synchronize product catalogs and inventory data to maintain consistency across all online sales channels.
- Monitor inventory levels closely and update systems promptly to reflect stock changes and availability.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to track product shipments and manage restocking.
- Ensure pricing accuracy and update promotional information as needed to reflect ongoing campaigns.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with listings, pricing, or inventory in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement online product promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices to contribute to platform improvements.
- Provide support during the night shift to ensure continuity of operations and address urgent matters.
- Generate regular reports on inventory status, product performance, and platform activity for management review.
