The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in food preparation, ensuring the consistent quality and presentation of dishes. You will play a crucial role in preparing meals according to established recipes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. This position requires a hardworking individual who communicates effectively and can follow instructions carefully to contribute to a smooth kitchen operation. As a Chef / Cook at SpeedBreaker.pk, you will work independently and alongside other kitchen staff to prepare ingredients, cook meals, and maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen. Your soft-spoken demeanor and commitment to hygiene will be essential in creating a positive environment for food production and customer satisfaction. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the ability to coordinate with colleagues and adhere to kitchen protocols is vital for success.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is handled safely and sanitary standards are strictly followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
• Measure and prepare ingredients required for daily menu items.
• Operate kitchen equipment properly and safely.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs.
• Follow health and safety regulations to prevent contamination.
• Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet service schedules during busy periods.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with kitchen and service staff.
• Support the kitchen team by performing additional tasks as assigned.
