Description
SpeedBreaker.pk is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Driver (Female) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a valid driving license and demonstrate expertise in safe and defensive driving techniques. With at least two years of driving experience, the candidate must ensure the safe transport of passengers or goods while adhering strictly to all traffic regulations and company policies. This role requires excellent attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to navigate various routes efficiently. Although this is a part-time position and does not involve managing a team, the driver will play a vital role in maintaining the company's high standards for customer service and safety. The successful candidate will take responsibility for vehicle upkeep and ensuring a clean, comfortable environment for passengers during each journey.
Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently according to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure all parts and accessories are functioning properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned vehicle to ensure a comfortable and safe environment.
- Plan routes and manage schedules to ensure timely arrival and departure.
- Demonstrate defensive driving techniques to minimize risks on the road and respond promptly to changing conditions.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or violations immediately to management for prompt resolution.
- Ensure all required driving documents, licenses, and permits are up to date and comply with legal standards.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking safely when applicable, maintaining respectful and courteous communication.
- Adhere to the company’s safety policies and standards at all times during driving duties.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with clients and fellow employees.
- Comply with all regulations related to the transportation of goods or passengers as applicable to the role.
