Description
SRC (Pvt.) Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Internal Auditor to strengthen its internal control, risk management and compliance framework. The selected candidate will conduct financial and operational audits, review key business processes, verify inventory and assets, identify control gaps, and support timely implementation of corrective actions. Candidates with relevant experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans in coordination with management.
- Conduct financial, operational, inventory, procurement, sales, receivables, payables and working-capital audits.
- Review the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, approval processes and segregation of duties.
- Carry out periodic and surprise physical verification of inventory, fixed assets, cash and other company resources.
- Review SAP B1 transactions, user access, controls and compliance with approved SOPs.
- Identify control weaknesses, process gaps, financial leakages, irregularities and potential fraud risks.
- Prepare clear audit reports with observations, risk ratings, root causes and practical recommendations.
- Follow up with concerned departments to ensure timely implementation of agreed corrective actions.
- Review compliance with company policies, statutory requirements and management instructions.
- Maintain complete, confidential and well-organized audit working papers and supporting documentation.
- Present significant audit observations and progress updates to the CEO, Board of Directors and CFO, as required.
- Perform any other audit, investigation or review assignment assigned by management.
