Logistic Executive

Description

SRC (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Logistics Executive for its Lahore office. The role involves coordinating daily dispatches, arranging vehicles, tracking deliveries, verifying freight bills, and maintaining logistics records. The candidate will supervise a team of five personnel and coordinate with internal departments and external transporters to ensure timely, efficient, and compliant logistics operations.

Applicants must have at least 3 years of relevant experience and hands-on knowledge of SAP Business One/SAP SCM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatches, deliveries, vehicle arrangements, and transportation schedules.
• Track shipments and promptly resolve delayed, damaged, or short deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain delivery challans, gate passes, dispatch documents, and logistics records.
• Verify freight bills, transport expenses, and supporting documents before submission to Accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Production, Procurement, customers, and external transporters.
• Use SAP Business One/SAP SCM for dispatch, inventory movement, and logistics reporting.
• Supervise the logistics team and ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety requirements, and legal transport documentation.
