We are looking for an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant and lounge operations and ensure an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily restaurant and lounge operations.
- Supervise staff and maintain high service standards.
- Welcome guests and ensure their satisfaction.
- Monitor food and beverage service quality.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
- Handle guest complaints professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper lounge maintenance.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in restaurant, lounge, or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional personality with a customer-focused approach.

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: PKR 42,000 – 60,000 per month
