SST is seeking a dedicated HR Supervisor to lead and oversee the daily operations of the human resources department, managing a team of 50 employees. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in employee relations and performance management and is comfortable working in the fast-paced banking industry. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels to foster a productive work environment. The HR Supervisor plays a crucial role in implementing HR policies, resolving employee issues, and driving initiatives that improve workforce satisfaction and performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the HR team to ensure all HR functions are executed effectively and align with the company's strategic goals. Develop and implement employee relations programs to promote a positive workplace culture. Facilitate performance management processes including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans to enhance employee productivity. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies to maintain legal and ethical HR practices. Support recruitment efforts to attract and retain qualified candidates within the banking sector. Address employee grievances promptly and mediate conflicts to uphold a respectful and cooperative work environment. Organize training sessions and workshops to support professional development and skill enhancement of the HR team and the broader workforce. Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to provide insights on workforce trends and areas for improvement.
