Staff Kingdom is seeking a qualified Online Medical Tutor to provide personalized one-to-one tuition to a medical student via Zoom. This role requires a professional with strong expertise in both basic and clinical medical subjects. The ideal candidate holds an MBBS degree, has cleared FCPS Part 1, and must have passed the USMLE exam. The tutor must possess excellent command of medical terminology and clinical research, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive, clear, and engaging lessons that help the student achieve academic excellence. The position offers flexible scheduling based on mutual agreement, emphasizing effective virtual communication and the use of interactive learning tools. The tutor will leverage online teaching platforms to facilitate an immersive educational experience tailored to the individual needs of the student. Although this role does not involve team management, the tutor must demonstrate strong independent teaching skills and a commitment to the student's success through continuous support and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-to-one online tutoring sessions via Zoom, focusing on medical subjects covered in basic and clinical studies.
• Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials that align with the student's learning objectives and curriculum requirements.
• Utilize interactive learning tools and online platforms to enhance understanding and engagement during tutoring sessions.
• Explain complex medical concepts clearly using appropriate medical terminology, ensuring the student's comprehension.
• Provide guidance and support in clinical research methodologies and clinical documentation practices as required.
• Assess the student's progress regularly and adapt teaching strategies to address knowledge gaps and improve performance.
• Maintain professional communication in English to deliver lessons effectively and foster a positive learning environment.
• Coordinate scheduling with the student to arrange sessions at convenient, mutually agreed times.
• Stay updated with advances in medical knowledge and education techniques to ensure high-quality tutoring.
• Offer motivational support to help the student prepare for medical exams including FCPS and USMLE.
