Stafona (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics AX Developer with at least three years of experience to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate must possess expertise in X++ development and customization within Microsoft Dynamics AX environments. This role involves developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications using X++ programming to meet the unique business needs of the organization. Managing a team of five members, the developer will lead technical tasks and collaborate closely with other departments to deliver seamless solutions that drive business success. The candidate should have practical knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX alongside familiarity with the Microsoft 365 platform, which will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential for this position, as the developer will be responsible for analyzing requirements, designing customized modules, and ensuring the stability and performance of the Dynamics AX system while coaching and mentoring the team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of five developers, providing technical guidance and support in Microsoft Dynamics AX development projects.
• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using X++ programming tailored to business requirements within the Dynamics AX environment.
• Customize and enhance existing Microsoft Dynamics AX modules to improve functionality and meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics AX applications to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices to maintain quality and consistency across projects.
• Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft Dynamics AX with other Microsoft platforms, including experience with Microsoft 365 where applicable.
• Prepare technical documentation and training materials to support end-users and team members.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in Microsoft Dynamics AX and related technologies to continuously improve system capabilities.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior developers to foster a collaborative and skilled team environment.
