Description
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions, maintaining seamless integration with other enterprise systems through the Application Integration Framework (AIF), and ensuring robust workflows within Dynamics AX. The position demands a comprehensive understanding of Dynamics AX system architecture, upgrades, and migrations, combined with leadership capabilities to mentor and manage your team. Your technical leadership will contribute directly to business efficiency improvements and digital transformation initiatives within Stafona (Pvt.) Ltd. Proactive problem solving, rigorous testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams are critical to succeeding in this role.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain customizations in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 CU13 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 using X++ code.
- Manage and lead a team of four developers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
- Implement and optimize Dynamics AX Workflows to automate business processes based on company requirements.
- Oversee Dynamics AX system upgrades and migrations ensuring minimal disruption and maximum data integrity.
- Leverage the Application Object Tree (AOT) for efficient development and system architecture enhancements.
- Utilize the Application Integration Framework (AIF) to facilitate integrations between Dynamics AX and external systems.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of system modifications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with business analysts and key stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Document development activities, workflows, integration processes, and system configurations for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Monitor team performance and project progress to deliver milestones on schedule and within scope.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 developments, tools, and best practices to continually improve system capabilities.
