Starpak Martial Arts Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent Store Officer with at least three years of experience to efficiently manage inventory and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in inventory management, stock control, and material handling to ensure accurate and timely stock replenishment and maintenance. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain precise records and support the smooth functioning of supply chain activities without direct team management responsibilities. The Store Officer will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, conducting regular stock audits and reconciliations, and facilitating warehouse operations in compliance with organizational policies. This position demands strong organizational abilities and proficiency in data entry and record keeping to support inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. The selected candidate will play a vital role in sustaining optimum stock levels, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting procurement and distribution activities at Starpak Martial Arts Pvt Ltd.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day inventory management activities to ensure available stock meets organizational requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate inventory records by performing regular data entry and updating stock logs.
• Conduct frequent stock audits and apply stock reconciliation techniques to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Implement effective material handling procedures that guarantee safe and efficient warehouse operations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor warehouse storage conditions and maintain organized storage systems to prevent damage and loss.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to anticipate stock requirements and facilitate replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in all warehouse and inventory management activities.
• Prepare reports related to stock levels, inventory status, and audit findings for management review.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve stock control processes and warehouse operational efficiency.
