Description
Stonebird Chemicals seeks a motivated Sales Agent and recovery officer with at least one year of experience in sales and recovery within the construction and building material market. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong vocal presence and the confidence to represent both themselves and the company effectively. The Sales Agent is responsible for generating leads, managing customer interactions, and handling price and terms objections professionally. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the individual must exhibit excellent negotiation and closing skills, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients in the construction and building material sectors to expand the customer base.
- Engage with potential customers by clearly presenting product offerings and understanding client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals that meet both client needs and company objectives.
- Handle objections regarding price and terms respectfully and with strong persuasive skills to maintain client interest.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Communicate company values and products strongly and professionally during all client engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and strive to exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
