Strata Advising is seeking an experienced Web Developer with at least seven years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate excels in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, user-friendly websites and web applications. This role involves close collaboration with project stakeholders to define project requirements, establish timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions tailored to client needs. The Web Developer will lead a team of 15 skilled professionals, providing technical guidance and ensuring successful project execution that meets business objectives. The role demands proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, combined with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. The Web Developer oversees the full development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment, while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Effective communication and coordination are crucial to align team efforts and deliver seamless digital experiences that contribute to Strata Advising’s mission of excellence in client service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand and define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15 web developers to deliver high-quality web solutions on time.
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and accessible websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop and implement front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging web interfaces.
• Integrate web applications with back-end services as needed, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experience across devices.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies, standards, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Document development processes, architecture, and code to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintenance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align development with business goals and client expectations.
