In this position, you take ownership of the entire sales transaction process, including generating accurate invoices, handling multiple payment methods such as cash and card, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures. You will also contribute to inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies to support seamless showroom operations. Your ability to manage cash and payment processing accurately ensures financial integrity and builds trust with customers. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally, providing detailed product information and recommendations based on their needs.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales transactions, handle payments, and generate invoices accurately.
• Manage daily operations of the showroom counter, including order processing, invoice generation, and documentation handling.
• Handle cash, card, and POS terminal transactions with accuracy and integrity, ensuring proper accounting of all sales.
• Maintain organized records of orders and payment receipts, ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or stock shortages to the showroom supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the showroom counter and product displays to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and in a timely manner, escalating complex concerns when necessary.
• Collaborate with other showroom staff to support sales promotions, merchandising, and customer service initiatives.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
