Civil Execution Specialist

Stylo (Private) Limited is seeking a skilled Civil Execution Specialist to join our team at the Head Office in Lahore. This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of three years of relevant experience in civil engineering, construction, site supervision, and project execution. The specialist will oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. The role includes managing a team of five professionals, coordinating site activities, and serving as a key point of contact between contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. The Civil Execution Specialist is responsible for supervising construction sites and ensuring compliance with approved plans, technical specifications, and regulations. This position involves detailed cost estimation, technical document review, and site inspection tasks. The specialist plays a critical role in resolving routine engineering challenges and maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders to address project needs efficiently. Emphasis is placed on maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout project execution to uphold the company’s commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams to align work schedules and project goals.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgeting documents for assigned projects to support financial planning.
• Review technical documents and project plans to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality control, and safety practices.
• Manage and lead a team of five personnel, providing guidance, task assignment, and performance monitoring.
• Address and resolve routine on-site engineering issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reports on project progress, site conditions, and any deviations or changes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and promote a culture of safety on construction sites.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project coordination.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to identify delays or risks and implement corrective measures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project execution processes and resource utilization.
