Sultan Industry is seeking an experienced Project Manager Construction to lead and oversee large-scale construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 25 years of industry experience and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge in construction project management processes, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality assurance. This role requires strong leadership capabilities to effectively manage a team of 50 persons, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards. The Project Manager will coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and construction codes. This position demands exceptional organizational skills and the ability to resolve complex challenges promptly. Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to guide construction projects from start to finish.
- Lead and manage a team of 50 construction professionals, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among team members.
- Monitor project progress regularly to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, making adjustments as necessary.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to maintain project alignment and compliance.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment at all construction sites.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle by applying strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Prepare regular status reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and overseeing delivery schedules.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential project threats and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Ensure that all completed work meets the required quality standards and complies with applicable construction regulations and codes.
- Provide mentorship and development opportunities to team members, fostering a high-performing and motivated workforce.
