Sundial Home is seeking a diligent Data Analyst with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate excels at interpreting data to uncover trends and support strategic decisions. This role requires expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools to transform complex data into clear and actionable insights. The Data Analyst must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings effectively to stakeholders. The position does not involve team management but requires strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly across departments. The Data Analyst will use advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables and Power Query to process and analyze data. The role demands a professional attitude, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering precise and timely reports. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or a related field, who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work both independently and within a team environment will thrive in this position. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Perform detailed statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within datasets.
• Develop visually compelling reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
• Utilize Excel, including Pivot Tables and Power Query, to process and analyze large datasets efficiently.
• Leverage business intelligence tools to create automated reporting solutions that support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare clear and concise documentation of analysis processes, methodologies, and findings to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Present analytical results and recommendations to stakeholders using strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality data analysis standards.
• Maintain data security and confidentiality according to organizational policies.
