Sunuba Salon is seeking a dedicated Female Aesthetics Assistant to join its team and contribute to the delivery of excellent aesthetic services. This position requires a candidate with at least one year of experience, who can effectively participate in patient consultations, assist with various aesthetic procedures, and ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing support during procedures, and maintaining high standards of care. This role also includes managing a team of 20 persons, requiring strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate daily activities and ensure smooth operations within the salon. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient consultations and intake assessments to understand client needs and expectations.
• Assist with a wide range of aesthetic procedures, providing hands-on support to ensure client comfort and safety.
• Maintain strict patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with salon and legal standards.
• Manage and lead a team of 20 members to coordinate workflow, schedule tasks, and maintain a productive work environment.
• Ensure that all aesthetic equipment and treatment rooms are prepared, sanitized, and maintained according to hygiene protocols.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-procedure care to maximize treatment effectiveness and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for aesthetic treatments.
• Collaborate with other salon staff to deliver seamless client experiences and uphold the salon’s quality standards.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, treatments provided, and follow-up care instructions.
• Support the implementation of new aesthetic techniques and procedures, staying current with industry trends.
• Address client queries and concerns professionally and promptly to foster trust and repeat business.
• Organize and schedule training sessions or meetings to enhance team performance and professional development.
