SYN is seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and optimizing online sales platforms, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate will possess basic computer knowledge and a strong understanding of ecommerce operations. They will actively contribute to enhancing product listings, tracking inventory, processing orders, and providing excellent customer support. The Ecommerce Specialist will work closely with other departments to align online retail strategies with overall company goals, driving growth and customer satisfaction. In this position, the candidate will also manage a small team of two people, providing guidance, support, and coordination to ensure smooth daily operations. Leadership skills are essential to maintain team efficiency, resolve issues, and meet targets. The Ecommerce Specialist at SYN will play a crucial role in expanding our digital footprint and increasing revenue through effective online sales management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee ecommerce platform operations to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Maintain and update product listings, including descriptions, images, and prices.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate and support a team of two members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Analyze ecommerce performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance online customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align ecommerce initiatives with broader company objectives.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the ecommerce platform and liaise with IT support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations governing online sales.
