In this role, the Demo Presenter effectively communicates and demonstrates software solutions primarily in Urdu and English to potential clients. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling clear and engaging explanations of the company's products and services. This position requires confidence in interacting with clients, delivering online demonstrations, following up on leads, and understanding customer needs to provide tailored presentations that highlight the benefits and features of the software offerings. The Demo Presenter plays a key role in supporting the sales process by establishing trust and rapport with customers through professional and persuasive demonstrations. While this role does not involve managing a team, the candidate must independently manage their presentation activities and client interactions. Responsibilities

• Conduct clear and engaging online demonstrations of software solutions in Urdu and English to potential and existing clients.
• Explain complex software features in a simple, understandable manner tailored to customer requirements.
• Interact confidently with clients to answer questions and address concerns during and after presentations.
• Follow up on leads generated through demonstrations and coordinate with sales teams to ensure successful conversion.
• Understand and analyze customer needs to customize presentations, emphasizing relevant software functionalities.
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor to build strong client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Continuously update knowledge about the company’s products and market trends to improve demonstration effectiveness.
• Record and report client feedback and common queries to help improve product features and presentation techniques.
• Manage time efficiently to deliver scheduled presentations and meet performance targets for client engagement.
• Collaborate remotely with internal teams to ensure alignment on product updates, demonstration materials, and client feedback.
