Talent Pool seeks skilled Claude Automation Experts responsible for designing and implementing advanced automation solutions utilizing Claude, an AI-driven platform. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge in prompt engineering, workflow automation, and agentic workflow design, enabling seamless integration and execution of automated tasks. This role focuses on leveraging various automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, and n8n, combined with expertise in tool use and function calling to create efficient systems that enhance business processes. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in AI evaluation and testing, ensuring the quality and reliability of automated workflows and structured outputs using the Claude API. Strong communication skills in English are essential to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and document automation processes. The role requires a minimum of two years of hands-on experience working with Claude automation. This position does not involve team management but requires independent problem-solving and innovation to drive automation excellence within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows and processes using Claude AI platform and associated automation tools.
- Implement prompt engineering strategies to optimize the interaction and performance of AI-driven workflows.
- Create and manage agentic workflow designs to enable dynamic, self-directed task executions.
- Utilize automation platforms including Make, Zapier, and n8n to integrate various systems and services for seamless process automation.
- Apply tool use and function calling techniques to extend Claude's capabilities and support complex automation scenarios.
- Perform thorough AI evaluation and testing to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of automated solutions.
- Generate structured outputs through Claude API tool calling, maintaining data consistency and usability.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with internal teams to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide documentation.
- Monitor and analyze automation workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
- Stay up to date with emerging automation technologies and best practices to continuously improve workflow design and automation efficiency.
