Tariq & Sons is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative specializing in adhesive products. This role involves actively promoting and selling a range of adhesive solutions to wholesalers, retailers, and shopkeepers primarily within Pakistan's trade markets. The ideal candidate has prior experience in business-to-business sales, particularly within hardware, paint, chemical, or similar fast-moving consumer goods sectors. Familiarity with local trade zones such as McLeod Road or Shah Alam Market, along with existing customer relationships, will be highly advantageous. The Sales Representative works independently, leveraging strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills to meet sales targets and expand market reach. This position requires self-motivation, honesty, and a proactive approach to lead generation and order management. Candidates must have their own transportation to traverse the assigned sales territory and the basic literacy skills necessary for order logging in either Urdu or English. This role offers a commission-based structure, rewarding effective sales performance.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and shopkeepers within assigned trade areas to drive sales of adhesive products.
- Utilize deep product knowledge to effectively communicate the features and benefits of adhesive products to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within trade markets such as hardware, paint, and chemical sectors.
- Negotiate sales terms and pricing with clients to maximize company revenue while building long-term partnerships.
- Accurately forecast sales and maintain daily records of orders, customer interactions, and sales progress using either Urdu or English.
- Cover the assigned territory efficiently using personal transportation to visit market areas, handle customer inquiries, and provide product support.
- Maintain honesty and integrity while working independently, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Continuously update knowledge of adhesive product specifications and market trends to remain competitive and informative to customers.
