Description
Tarteel Technologies is seeking a dedicated Quran Teacher to provide high-quality Quranic education to students. The ideal candidate will be a Hafiz Quran and possess excellent English speaking skills to effectively communicate and teach diverse learners. This role focuses on delivering engaging, clear, and comprehensive instruction on Quranic recitation, memorization, and comprehension, ensuring students develop a deep understanding and respect for the teachings. As a Quran Teacher at Tarteel Technologies, you will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. You will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. This position does not involve managing a team, allowing you to concentrate fully on the educational and developmental aspects of student learning and Quranic studies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver detailed Quranic lessons using effective teaching methodologies tailored to different learning styles.
- Guide students in accurate pronunciation, memorization, and understanding of the Quran with a focus on Tajweed rules.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
- Communicate clearly in English to ensure student comprehension and engagement during lessons.
- Develop and modify curriculums and teaching materials to meet the learning needs and goals of students.
- Foster a respectful and positive learning atmosphere that encourages questions and spiritual growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and development.
- Provide additional support and tutoring for students requiring extra assistance with Quranic studies.
- Participate in training and development sessions to continually improve teaching skills and stay updated with best practices.
- Promote the importance of Quranic education and cultivate students' interest in deepening their knowledge.
