In this role, you will focus on preparing a variety of fast food items, as well as beverages such as tea, coffee, and juices, ensuring high standards of quality and taste. You will work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace while adhering to all food safety guidelines. Although this position does not involve managing a team, you will collaborate effectively with kitchen assistants and other staff members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Your expertise in food preparation and beverage making will directly contribute to the excellent customer experience Tea Cafe is known for. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is passionate about culinary arts and skilled in fast food and beverage preparation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fast food items with consistent quality and taste according to Tea Cafe’s recipes and standards.
- Brew and serve tea, coffee, and fresh juices maintaining the highest quality and presentation.
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen area, including food storage and handling.
- Ensure timely preparation of menu items to meet customer demands, especially during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting shortages or spoilage to the management.
- Follow food safety regulations and best practices to guarantee safe and sanitary food preparation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support smooth kitchen workflow and customer service.
- Continuously improve culinary skills by learning new recipes and techniques relevant to fast food and beverages.
- Handle kitchen equipment properly and report any maintenance issues promptly.
