Team Xtreme Rentals is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Virtual Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you engage with customers virtually to understand their vehicle rental needs, recommend appropriate rental packages, insurance options, and vehicle upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. You handle reservations, rental agreements, and payments efficiently, ensuring smooth transaction processing while maintaining a strong focus on building lasting customer relationships. The ability to communicate clearly and professionally through virtual communication tools is essential. This position requires at least one year of experience, fluency in English, and familiarity with rental management software and sales automation systems. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it offers the opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic company dedicated to excellent service and customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers via virtual communication platforms to understand and assess their vehicle rental needs.
• Recommend rental packages, insurance coverage, and vehicle upgrades tailored to customer requirements to maximize satisfaction and revenue.
• Process rental reservations, agreements, and payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online channels, providing clear and helpful information.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and enhance the company’s reputation for outstanding service.
• Stay informed of industry trends, rental policies, and product offerings to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
• Operate virtual sales and rental management software, Point of Sale systems, and basic office applications effectively.
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer demands and support business operations.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues and improve rental service delivery.
