Technified Lab is seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the development, testing, and debugging of user-facing features and ensure seamless functionality and a visually appealing user experience. As a Frontend Developer at Technified Lab, you will work closely with designers and backend developers to deliver efficient and high-quality web applications. This role involves managing a small team consisting of one person, providing leadership, guidance, and collaboration to achieve project goals effectively. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in frontend technologies to build responsive and scalable web interfaces. You will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code, performing thorough testing, and promptly debugging issues to maintain optimal application performance. By leveraging your knowledge and experience, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the codebase and the overall user experience. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align frontend developments with business requirements and product objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive frontend features that ensure excellent user experience across devices.
- Perform comprehensive testing and debugging to identify and resolve frontend issues efficiently.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code that follows industry standards.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional web pages.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow between frontend and backend systems.
- Lead and mentor a team member, providing technical guidance and support to foster skill development and teamwork.
- Optimize application performance by implementing best practices and monitoring frontend metrics.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team.
- Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends, frameworks, and tools to apply innovative solutions.
- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and delivery following Agile methodologies.
