Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Expert to help us grow our design and animation business by finding and converting new clients.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Discord, Twitch, Twitter/X, and DeviantArt and understand how to find potential clients, start conversations naturally, build relationships, and convert leads into paid projects.
Responsibilities:
- Find and contact potential clients through Discord, Twitch, Twitter/X, DeviantArt and other platforms
- Generate leads for design, animation, character art, VTuber artwork, Twitch branding and related creative services
- Start conversations and build relationships with potential clients
- Qualify leads based on project requirements and budget
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
- Negotiate and close deals
- Maintain a record of leads, conversations and sales
- Meet monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous sales/business development experience
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Must have experience using Discord, Twitch, Twitter/X and DeviantArt for client outreach or networking
- Experience selling creative/design/animation services is highly preferred
- Strong lead-generation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, consistent and target-oriented
- Able to work independently and handle multiple conversations
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach activities.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Engage clients in continuous communication to understand their requirements and address concerns.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Close sales deals efficiently and accurately to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and mentor a sales team of 12 members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with design and animation teams to ensure project feasibility and client expectations are aligned.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Implement best practices and sales strategies to enhance team productivity and customer engagement.
- Maintain a customer database and ensure proper documentation of sales processes.
